I don't envy many celebrities, what with being in the spotlight all the time and the paparazzi following them everywhere, but there is one gal that I would love to emulate. RACHEL BILSON..... many of you may remember her as the spunky character, Summer, from the OC. I think she always looks chic and natural. Nothing over the top, but always on the cutting edge and has an innate sense of what works for her.
